Shipping policy

Effective from 27 October 2026.

• We make every artwork in our own workshop in Slovakia, only after the order has been paid.
• We will deliver the goods no later than 30 days after the order has been paid.
• You will see the delivery countries, shipping methods and their prices at checkout before you pay.
• We will let you know by e-mail once we have shipped your parcel.
• Please check the parcel when you receive it. If the packaging or the artwork is damaged, take a photo and write to us at info@pixangelo.com. You will find the procedure in Withdrawal and complaints.
• Studio credits are digital content and we add them immediately after payment, without shipping.
